AI, software and intelligent engineering company: Engineering Intelligence. Building the Future.
TashIT builds AI, software and automation, from customer portals to monitored production lines, and judges the work by the cost, delay or waste it removes.
Outcome firstWe start from a number you want to move.
Paid pilotJudged on success measures agreed in writing.
Existing systemsWe integrate with your ERP, PLCs and data.
Private by designIn-country or on-premises when data must stay.
What we build
From a website to an intelligent factory
A customer portal, an ERP integration, a custom AI model or a monitored production line: different complexity, one engineering team. Start with what you need now and extend it as the business grows.
Tools and standards we design for and build with. We choose them for each problem and deploy in the cloud, in-country or on your premises.

Solutions
Solutions built to pay back, tested on your numbers
Each solution starts from a cost or revenue line you can already measure. We agree the baseline and success measures before a pilot begins, so the business case is tested on your operation, not assumed.
Operational and AI engagements follow the same discipline: understand the operation, measure the problem, prove the fix on a paid pilot, then roll it out.
01
Paid diagnostic
Understand the operation
We spend time with the people who run the process and map its systems, data and constraints before proposing anything.
02
Baseline agreed
Find the measurable problem
We pick one problem with a clear cost, record its baseline and agree what improvement would be worth paying for.
03
Typically 8–16 weeks
Paid pilot with agreed success measures
A focused pilot, typically 8 to 16 weeks, judged against success measures agreed in writing before work starts.
04
Fixed-scope rollout
Scale and integrate
If the pilot meets its measures, we harden it, extend it to more lines or sites and connect it to your ERP and plant systems.
05
Managed service
Operate and improve
We monitor, retrain and support what we deliver, so the results hold as your operation and data change.
Industries
Built around how your sector runs
Each sector has its own cost drivers, regulation and legacy systems. Our solutions start from those realities, not from a generic product.
We start from the number you want to move, such as energy cost per tonne, days to cash or defect rate, and use technology only where it moves that number. Sometimes the right answer is a simpler process or a better report, not AI.
02
Build on existing systems
Your ERP, meters, PLCs, cameras and spreadsheets already hold most of the data. We integrate with them instead of replacing them, so value arrives sooner and risk stays lower.
03
Prove it before you scale it
We would rather prove a result on your own data, against measures agreed in writing, than ask for a large commitment up front. You decide on scale-up with evidence in hand.
04
Security and data residency by design
Access control, encryption, audit logging and least-privilege accounts are designed in from the first day. Where data must stay in-country or on your premises, we deploy there, including private AI models.
Engagement models
Three ways to work with us
Start with the level of commitment that fits your budget and risk. Each model is designed to lead to the next once results are proven.
For a new problem or a technology you have not used before. Confirm the problem, then prove the result on your data in a proof of concept before you scale.
What's included
A short paid diagnostic first, typically 1–3 weeks
Then a paid pilot, typically 8–16 weeks, with a fixed fee and agreed scope
Baseline and success measures agreed in writing

For a defined system: an application, a portal, an integration or a plant installation.
What's included
Agreed specification and milestones
Acceptance criteria set before build starts
Documentation and handover to your team
Change control for any change in scope
After go-live
Retainer or managed service
For systems that must keep running and improving after go-live.

Practical notes on AI, software and engineering
Plain-language guidance on applying technology to real operations: what works, what it costs and what data it needs.
Operations leaders buy lower energy cost, less leakage, compliance data they can trust and faster use of new capacity. Why AI projects stall without data and process foundations, and how a paid pilot with agreed measures works.
Many industrial sites now run grid power, captive generation, solar and batteries side by side, scheduled largely by hand. What a dispatch optimiser does, the data it needs, how a pilot runs and what savings are realistic.
Tax stamps and unique identification marks on excisable and regulated goods create records that must agree with weighbridge, gate and ERP data. How gate vision and daily reconciliation turn a compliance obligation into a working control.

FAQ
Questions about working with TashIT
Straight answers on what we do, where we work and how an engagement starts.
TashIT is an AI, software and intelligent engineering company. We design, build and integrate custom AI and machine learning, enterprise software, web and mobile applications, business process automation, industrial automation and robotics, to solve real operational and business problems.
Where is TashIT based, and do you work outside Pakistan?
TashIT is headquartered in Pakistan, our first commercial market, and works with clients internationally, including the GCC. Software and data work runs remotely; installation and commissioning are planned on site where the work needs it.
What happens after we get in touch?
Write to info@tashit.com or use the contact form. A person reads every enquiry and replies by email, with any questions we need answered first. A 30-45 minute discovery call then covers the problem, the systems and data involved and what a good result would look like. After that you receive a short written proposal for a paid diagnostic or pilot, with scope, timeline, success measures and cost.
Who owns the code and models you build for us?
Ownership is agreed in the contract before work starts. A common arrangement is that you own the source code, trained model weights and documentation produced for you, while open-source libraries and third-party components keep their own licences. Handover is planned from the start, so your team can take over or keep us on a support retainer.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
No. We connect through the interfaces they already offer. ERP and accounting systems are reached through their supported APIs or database connectors. Plant equipment is normally read through OPC UA, Modbus or historian interfaces in read-only mode, and control logic is never changed without your engineers' approval. Older machines can usually be monitored with retrofit sensors and edge gateways, without modifying the machine.
Do we need a large dataset before we start?
Not always. Many forecasting models can start from one to two years of transaction history, and a first vision model can often be trained on a few hundred labelled examples per defect type, then improved. The diagnostic checks your data and tells you what is realistic before you commit to a pilot.
Can AI run privately, with our data kept in-country?
Yes. Open-weight models can run on your own hardware, in a private cloud tenancy or with an in-country hosting provider. Assistants are grounded in your approved sources and show citations, their actions are limited to defined tools, and high-risk actions need human approval, with every interaction logged for review.
Which industries and businesses do you work with?
Manufacturing, food and agribusiness, energy and utilities, retail and distribution, healthcare, financial services and insurance, logistics and fuel, and the public sector. We also build websites, mobile apps, customer portals and process automation for startups, SMEs and growing businesses.
Have an operational problem worth solving?
Tell us what you are trying to improve. We will come back with a practical first step, what it would take and which technology is worth using.
