Sector problems, solved with software, AI and engineering

We focus on industries where operations, regulation and cost pressure meet. Each industry page sets out the common problems, where technology pays back and how we would run a first pilot.

Where we work

Industries we serve with AI, software and automation

Choose your sector to see its operating pressures, the challenges that come up most, practical use cases and the solutions we would start with.

Common ground

Problems that recur across industries

The sectors differ, but five problems recur in almost all of them. Each one is a measurement problem first and a technology problem second.

We are headquartered in Pakistan, our first market, and work with clients internationally, including in the GCC. Some examples on these pages refer to Pakistani mandates; the underlying problems are the same in most markets.

How we start

Start small, measure honestly, then scale what works

We recommend starting with one well-defined problem and one site. That keeps cost and risk low, and gives you real numbers before any larger commitment.
  1. Typically 1–3 weeks

    Step 1: Paid diagnostic

A short paid diagnostic: working sessions with operations, finance and IT, and a site visit where relevant. We review the data you already have, agree the baseline and the number to move, and say plainly if technology is not the answer.

  2. Typically 8–16 weeks

    Step 2: Paid pilot

One contained scope, such as a production line, a feeder group, a store cluster or a document stream. Fixed scope, a baseline and success measures agreed in writing before we start, ending in a clear go or no-go decision.

  3. Scoped after the pilot

Step 3: Rollout or managed service

A fixed-scope rollout to further sites, teams or document types, or a retainer in which we run, monitor and improve the system with your team. You own your data, and we document the integrations we build.

Engagement models: diagnostic and paid pilot, fixed-scope project, and retainer or managed service. Pilot length depends on the data available and, for plant and network work, on site access and any hardware to install. How the models work

Tell us what you want to improve

Describe the site, network or process and the number you want to move. We will come back with a scoped first step, the data we would need and an honest view of the likely value.
