Websites, portals and mobile apps that are fast, accessible and easy to run
From a company website to a customer portal or a field-service app, we build products that load quickly, work on low-cost phones and patchy networks, and are simple to update.
Capabilities
Web and mobile development services we deliver
We build for growing businesses that need a credible online presence and for enterprises that need secure, integrated customer channels. One project often spans several of these: a website, the customer portal behind it and a field app, sharing one design system and one set of back-office integrations.
Company websites
Fast, search-friendly websites with a content management system your team can use, structured data for search engines and accessibility built in.
Web applications and customer portals
Self-service portals for orders, bookings, statements, claims and support requests, connected to your back-office systems.
Mobile apps
Cross-platform apps for iOS and Android with React Native or Flutter, and native development where device features or performance require it.
E-commerce and online payments
Online stores and ordering flows integrated with local and international payment gateways, inventory and delivery partners.
UX and UI design
User research, journeys, wireframes and design systems, tested with real users as clickable prototypes before development begins.
Performance, accessibility and SEO
Core Web Vitals optimisation, WCAG 2.2 accessibility, technical SEO and analytics, so you can measure what the site or app delivers.
Offline-first field apps
Apps for sales teams, technicians and inspectors that keep working without signal and synchronise when they are back online.
Not sure which capability you need?
Describe the problem and the systems involved. We will suggest where web and mobile development can help, what else the work needs and a sensible first step.
Use cases
Where web and mobile development can help
Typical projects for this capability, from a first company website to the portals and apps that serve customers and field teams.
Website for a growing business
A clear, credible website with service pages, enquiry forms routed to the right person and analytics that show which pages bring in leads.
Customer self-service portal
Statements, order tracking, document downloads and support tickets in one place, reducing calls and emails to customer service.
Field sales and service app
Order capture, visit logs, photos and signatures from the field, synchronised with ERP and CRM, including offline use in low-coverage areas.
Booking and appointments
Online booking, reminders and payments for clinics, service centres and training providers, connected to staff calendars.

Approach
How an engagement runs
New problems usually start with a short paid diagnostic and a paid pilot, so you can judge results before committing further. Well-defined work, such as a website or a portal, starts as a fixed-scope project. Live systems can move to a retainer or a managed service. Compare engagement models.
Step 1: Discover
We clarify goals, audiences and the actions that matter, review your current channels and agree how success will be measured.
Step 2: Design
Wireframes and visual designs become a clickable prototype that is tested with users before development starts.
Step 3: Build and test
Development in short cycles with a review environment, plus testing across devices, browsers and slow network conditions.
Step 4: Launch and improve
Go-live with monitoring and analytics in place, then an optional retainer for updates, content support and improvements based on real usage.
FAQs
Questions about web and mobile development
Something else to ask?
Email your question with a little about the systems involved, and we will reply in plain language.
info@tashit.comHow long does a website or app take?
A focused company website typically takes 4–8 weeks once content is agreed. Customer portals and mobile apps usually need 3–6 months for a first release, depending on integrations and the number of user roles. You receive a firm plan after discovery.
Should we build a mobile app or a web app?
If customers use the service occasionally, a fast mobile-friendly web app is often enough and cheaper to maintain. An installed app makes sense for frequent use, offline work, push notifications or device features such as the camera and GPS. We help you decide before you spend.
Can our team update the content ourselves?
Yes. We set up a content management system or admin panel suited to your team and train your editors. Structural changes and new features can be handled through a support retainer.
Do you handle hosting and maintenance?
We can deploy to your own cloud or hosting accounts, or manage hosting, security updates, backups and monitoring for you under a support agreement.
Planning work in web and mobile development?
Send us the brief: what you want to build or improve and the systems it has to work with. We will reply with a first step, a plan and a timeline.
