Business process automation that removes manual work and errors

Many teams still re-key data between systems, chase approvals by email and build reports by hand. We automate those workflows end to end, so work moves faster and errors fall.

Capabilities

Business process automation services we deliver

Workflows run across finance, inventory, sales and service systems, and every step leaves an audit trail. We automate through supported APIs first, use software robots only where no API exists, and send exceptions to a person rather than guessing.

  • Workflow and approval automation

Digital workflows for purchase requests, expense claims, credit approvals and onboarding, with business rules, escalations and a full audit trail.

  • Accounting and inventory integrations

Automatic flows between sales, purchasing, warehouse and accounting systems, including stock updates and bank statement reconciliation.

  • Automated reporting

Scheduled management reports and dashboards fed directly from source systems, replacing manual spreadsheet consolidation at month end.

  • Document processing

Data captured from invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes and forms, validated against master data and posted to ERP, with human review for exceptions.

  • Customer-service systems

Ticketing, case routing, email and messaging channels such as WhatsApp Business, and AI-assisted replies connected to order and account data.

  • Software robots where no API exists

Robotic process automation for legacy or portal-only systems, used selectively and monitored, when a reliable API is not available.

  • Compliance data flows

Structured data flows from ERP and billing systems to tax-authority e-invoicing and regulatory returns, with validation before submission.

  • Not sure which capability you need?

Describe the problem and the systems involved. We will suggest where business process automation can help, what else the work needs and a sensible first step.

Use cases

Where business process automation can help

Typical problems this capability is used to solve. Each one starts from a cost, risk or delay you can measure.

  • Procure-to-pay

Supplier invoices captured, matched to purchase orders and goods receipts, and routed for approval, with mismatches flagged instead of hunted for.

  • Order-to-cash and collections

Orders flow from a portal or sales app into ERP, with automatic invoicing, payment matching and reminders for overdue accounts.

  • Month-end reporting

Management packs built automatically from ERP, bank and sales data, cutting the days spent on manual consolidation.

  • Customer and dealer onboarding

Digital forms, document checks and approvals for new customers or dealers, with status visible to sales and finance at every step.

Deliverables and technology

What you receive and what we build with

What you receive

The typical outputs of an engagement, scaled to the size of the work.

  1. Map of the current process with volumes, handling times and error hotspots
  2. Automation design with rules, exceptions and approval paths agreed with process owners
  3. Configured workflows, integrations and robots running in production
  4. Exception queue and dashboard showing volumes, cycle times and failures
  5. Run book for monitoring, error handling and change requests
  6. Training for process owners and administrators

Technologies we work with

Chosen to fit your existing systems, skills and hosting rules.

  • Microsoft Power Automate
  • n8n
  • Camunda (BPMN)
  • UiPath, used selectively
  • Python
  • Node.js
  • .NET
  • REST and SOAP APIs
  • SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics integration
  • Odoo, QuickBooks and Xero
  • PostgreSQL
  • Power BI and Metabase

Approach

How an engagement runs

New problems usually start with a short paid diagnostic and a paid pilot, so you can judge results before committing further. Well-defined work, such as a website or a portal, starts as a fixed-scope project. Live systems can move to a retainer or a managed service. Compare engagement models.

  1. Step 1: Map and measure

We document the current process, volumes, handling times and error rates so automation targets real cost and the gain can be measured.

  2. Step 2: Design the future process

We simplify first, then automate. Rules, exceptions and controls are agreed with the people who own the process.

  3. Step 3: Automate one process end to end

A first workflow typically goes live within 4โ€“8 weeks, with an exception queue and dashboard so the team can trust what it does.

  4. Step 4: Scale and support

Further processes follow in priority order, reusing the same integrations, with a retainer for monitoring and changes.

FAQs

Questions about business process automation

Something else to ask?

Email your question with a little about the systems involved, and we will reply in plain language.

info@tashit.com
Which processes should we automate first?

Start with high-volume, rule-based work that crosses systems: invoice processing, order entry, reconciliations and recurring reports. We rank candidates by volume, cost of errors and ease, and start with one that can show a measurable result quickly.

Do we need to replace our accounting or ERP system?

Usually not. We integrate with the systems you have through their APIs, database connectors or, as a last resort, software robots. Replacement is only worth considering when the current system genuinely blocks the business.

What happens when an automation meets something unexpected?

The case goes to a review queue with the reason attached, and a person decides. We track exception rates and refine the rules so fewer cases need manual handling over time.

Can you help with e-invoicing requirements?

Yes. We build the data flow from your ERP or billing system to the tax authority's e-invoicing interface, including validation and exception handling, and work alongside licensed integrators where the regulation requires one.

Planning work in business process automation?

Send us the brief: what you want to build or improve and the systems it has to work with. We will reply with a first step, a plan and a timeline.
