About TashIT

One team, from AI to the plant floor

TashIT is an AI, software and intelligent automation company. We help organisations transform operations through custom technology, advanced engineering and data, from digital platforms to intelligent industrial systems that solve real business problems and support measurable growth.

Who we are

What we build, and for whom

TashIT designs, develops, integrates and automates intelligent systems for businesses and industries. A client might need a well-built website, a complete enterprise platform, a custom-trained AI model, an automated production process or an intelligent industrial monitoring system.

The complexity differs. The discipline does not: understand the operation, find the problem worth solving, and build technology that fits the systems and people already in place.

  • Startups, SMEs and growing businesses

Websites, mobile apps, customer portals, CRM, process automation and AI assistants that take manual work out of a business as it grows.

  • Medium and large enterprises

Custom AI, systems integration, analytics, intelligent automation and industrial engineering, on the plant floor and in the back office.

Mission

Why TashIT exists

To help organisations solve real operational problems with software, AI, engineering, automation and data.

We judge our work by what changes in the operation:

  • Lower energy cost
  • Less leakage
  • Faster cash
  • Fewer defects
  • Less manual work

Not by how much technology went into it.

How we think

Four principles behind every engagement

These shape what we recommend, what we build and what we decline to build.

  • Sell outcomes, not technology

We start from the number you want to move, such as energy cost per tonne, days to cash or defect rate, and use technology only where it moves that number. Sometimes the right answer is a simpler process or a better report, not AI.

  • Build on existing systems

Your ERP, meters, PLCs, cameras and spreadsheets already hold most of the data. We integrate with them instead of replacing them, so value arrives sooner and risk stays lower.

  • Prove it before you scale it

We would rather prove a result on your own data, against measures agreed in writing, than ask for a large commitment up front. You decide on scale-up with evidence in hand.

  • Security and data residency by design

Access control, encryption, audit logging and least-privilege accounts are designed in from the first day. Where data must stay in-country or on your premises, we deploy there, including private AI models.

Our method

From your problem to a measurable result

Seven steps in three stages: a short paid diagnostic, a pilot plan with measures agreed in writing, then the pilot and rollout. Each step has to hold before the next one starts.

  1. Diagnostic

    Step 1: Understand your sector

Start from your sector's economics and the pressures that make a problem worth solving now: tariffs, regulation, competition and customer demands.

  2. Diagnostic

    Step 2: Understand the business

Learn how the organisation makes and loses money, who owns which decisions and which systems hold the data.

  3. Diagnostic

    Step 3: Discover the problem

Walk the process with the people who run it. Quantify where time, energy, material or cash is lost, and separate symptoms from causes.

  4. Diagnostic

    Step 4: Validate

Test the problem against real data. Confirm it is large enough, measurable and solvable with the data and access available.

  5. Pilot plan

    Step 5: Design the solution

Choose the simplest architecture that works: data flows, models, integrations, security and how people will use it every day.

  6. Pilot plan

Step 6: Build the business case

Set out cost, an indicative benefit range, risks and pilot success measures, so the decision to proceed is a commercial one.

  7. Pilot and rollout

    Step 7: Deliver and operate

Prove the result in a pilot, then build, integrate and hand over, or run the system for you with monitoring, support and continuous improvement.

What we do

Five divisions, one way of working

Our capabilities sit in five divisions. Software and application development spans two service areas: Software Engineering and Web & Mobile Development.

  • Division 01

    Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

Custom AI models, AI agents, predictive analytics, computer vision, intelligent document processing and private AI deployments, connected to the systems you already use.

  • Division 02

    Software & Application Development

Custom enterprise software, web and mobile applications, business portals, ERP and CRM extensions, SaaS platforms and cloud systems.

  • Division 03

    Business Process Automation

Workflow automation, accounting and inventory integrations, automated reporting, customer-service systems and document processing.

  • Division 04

    Industrial Automation & Intelligent Engineering

Manufacturing automation, industrial IoT, plant data integration, equipment monitoring, energy optimisation, machine vision and predictive maintenance.

  • Division 05

    Robotics & Advanced Technology

Robotics integration, intelligent control systems, sensor-based automation, autonomous-system development and custom engineering R&D.

Markets

Headquartered in Pakistan, working internationally

Where we work, the language we work in, and how we keep data where it has to stay.

  • Headquartered in Pakistan

Pakistan is our home and first commercial market, with a large base of manufacturers, utilities, retailers and service providers facing pressure on energy, cost and compliance.

  • Working internationally, including the GCC

We work with clients internationally, including the GCC, where Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar are priority markets. Software and data work runs remotely; installation and commissioning are planned on site where the work needs it.

  • English-first

We work, document and report in English. Specifications, handover material and training are written in plain English for mixed, international teams.

  • Data stays where it must

For regulated or sensitive data, we deploy in-country or on your premises, so working across borders does not mean moving your data across borders.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

New problems usually start with the first model and move to the second and third as the system proves itself. Well-defined systems, such as an application or a portal, can start with a fixed-scope project.

  1. 01 · Prove it

    Diagnostic and paid pilot

For a new problem or a technology you have not used before. Confirm the problem, then prove the result on your data in a proof of concept before you scale.

    • A short paid diagnostic first, typically 1–3 weeks
    • Then a paid pilot, typically 8–16 weeks, with a fixed fee and agreed scope
    • Baseline and success measures agreed in writing
    • Clear decision point: scale, adjust or stop
  2. 02 · Build it

    Fixed-scope project

For a defined system: an application, a portal, an integration or a plant installation.

    • Agreed specification and milestones
    • Acceptance criteria set before build starts
    • Documentation and handover to your team
    • Change control for any change in scope
  3. 03 · Run it

    Retainer or managed service

For systems that must keep running and improving after go-live.

    • Monitoring, support and maintenance
    • Model retraining and performance reviews
    • Planned enhancements on a monthly agreement
    • Agreed service levels
