Tell us about the problem you want to solve

Describe what you want to improve, in your own words. It does not need to be a technical specification. We will come back with a practical first step and an honest view of what is worth building.

Send us an enquiry

A few sentences about the problem is enough to start.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry.

Fields marked (optional) can be left blank. Everything else is required.

What you want to improve, the systems or data involved, and what a good result would look like. At least 20 characters.

We reply by email.

After you write

What happens next

Three simple steps from your first message to a proposal you can decide on.
  1. Step 1: We read every enquiry and reply by email

Your message is read by a person, not a sales script. We reply by email, with any questions we need answered before we talk.

  2. Step 2: A 30–45 minute discovery call

We talk through the problem, the systems and data involved, and what a good result would look like for your organisation.

  3. Step 3: A short written proposal

You receive a short proposal for a paid diagnostic or pilot, with scope, timeline, success measures and cost, so you can decide with clear information.

What helps us reply usefully

None of this is required. If you can share some of it, our first reply can be more specific.
  • The process, site or system you want to improve, and what the problem costs you today.
  • The systems and data you already have, such as ERP, meters, PLCs, cameras or spreadsheets.
  • What a good result would look like, in numbers if you have them.
  • Constraints we should know about: timeline, budget, security or data residency requirements.

How engagements usually start

Paid diagnostic
A short review of the problem, your data and the baseline, typically 1–3 weeks.
Paid pilot
Tests the result on real operations against success measures agreed in writing, typically 8–16 weeks.
Fixed-scope project
A defined build or integration with a clear scope, plan and acceptance criteria.
Retainer or managed service
Ongoing development, support and operation of systems once they are live.
