AI, software and automation services from one engineering team

Six capabilities that work together. We design, build and integrate software, AI and automation, from a company website to an intelligent industrial system, and we measure the work by the business result it produces.

Capabilities

Six services, one delivery standard

Most projects draw on more than one capability. A vision system needs AI, edge engineering and an ERP integration; a customer portal often needs process automation behind it. You work with one team that covers the whole stack.

Services and solutions

Services are capabilities. Solutions are outcomes.

The site is organised two ways, so you can start from whichever you know best: the kind of work you need, or the business problem you want to solve.

Start from a capability

Services: what we can build

Choose a service when you already know the kind of work you need, such as a custom AI model, an ERP integration, a mobile app or a plant data system. Each service page sets out our capabilities, typical deliverables, the technologies we use and how an engagement runs.

Solutions: what you can implement

Choose a solution when you start from a business problem, such as energy cost, product defects, revenue leakage or slow invoice processing. Each solution describes the outcome, the data needed, the systems it connects to and how a pilot is measured.

Who we work with

From a first website to a plant-wide system

Some organisations need a professional website. Others need an enterprise platform, a custom-trained AI model or an intelligent monitoring system for a plant. We scope each one to the problem and the organisation in front of us.

Startups, SMEs and growing businesses

Get the essentials right, then automate

A credible website, a customer portal or app, a CRM your team actually uses and automation that removes repetitive admin. We keep scope tight, launch quickly and build on foundations you will not need to replace as you grow.

  • Company websites and online stores
  • Mobile apps and customer portals
  • CRM set-up, integration and reporting
  • Workflow, accounting and inventory automation
  • AI assistants for sales and customer service

Medium and large enterprises

Integrate, automate and engineer at scale

Custom AI, systems integration, analytics and industrial engineering for organisations with complex systems, several sites and regulatory obligations. We work with your IT, OT and security teams, inside your governance and procurement processes.

  • Custom AI models and private, in-country AI deployments
  • ERP, CRM and plant systems integration
  • Data platforms and operational analytics
  • Intelligent automation across departments
  • Industrial IoT, machine vision and energy optimisation

Delivery standard

The same engineering discipline at every scale

The complexity differs between a company website and an intelligent plant system. The discipline does not: clear scope, documented code, security built in and results measured against an agreed baseline.

  • Clear scope

Deliverables, timeline and success measures are agreed before work starts, with a baseline recorded wherever results will be measured.

  • Documented code

Source code, documentation and handover sessions, so your team can run, change or take over what we build.

  • Security built in

Access control, logging and data protection are designed in from the start rather than added at the end.

  • Measured results

Results are compared with the agreed baseline, so you can judge the value of the work before committing further.

TashIT is headquartered in Pakistan, our first market, and works with clients internationally, including the GCC. Projects are delivered remotely and on site as the work requires, for example plant surveys, installation and commissioning.

How we engage

Start with a measurable first step

Most engagements begin with a defined first phase, so you can judge the results before committing further. The commercial model follows the risk in the work.

  • Diagnostic and paid pilot

A short paid diagnostic, typically 1–3 weeks, confirms the problem, the data and the baseline. A paid pilot or proof of concept, typically 8–16 weeks, then tests the result on your real data or equipment against success measures agreed before work starts.

Best when the value is likely but unproven, such as AI, vision or plant analytics.

  • Fixed-scope project

An agreed scope, timeline and price for work that is well understood, such as a website, a portal, an integration or a defined automation.

Best when requirements are clear, or once a diagnostic or a pilot has made them clear.

  • Retainer or managed service

Ongoing development, support and monitoring at an agreed monthly capacity, or a managed service for systems we run on your behalf.

Best for live systems that need continuous improvement, monitoring and model upkeep.
