Problem not on this list?
Most engagements start from one of these eight, but not all. Our engineering services cover custom AI, software and industrial systems for problems that need a bespoke build.
How engagements start
Start small, measure honestly, then scale
Stage 1: Diagnostic
Typically 1–3 weeks
We review a sample of your data, walk the site or process with your team and agree the baseline. You receive a written view of feasibility, the likely value range and a pilot plan, or a clear recommendation not to proceed.
Stage 2: Paid pilot
Typically 8–16 weeks
One site, line, store cluster, region or document stream. Success measures are agreed in writing before work starts, results are measured against the baseline, and progress is reviewed with you every two weeks.
Stage 3: Rollout or managed service
Scoped after the pilot
If the pilot meets its measures, the solution is rolled out across sites as a fixed-scope project. Afterwards we can run it as a managed service or retainer covering monitoring, model updates and improvements.
Every engagement includes
- A baseline agreed with you before any result is measured
- Integration with the systems you already run, not a parallel platform
- Data handling agreed in writing, with access limited to the project team
- Documentation and handover, so your team understands how the system works

Which solutions apply in your industry
Not sure which solution fits?
Describe the problem in your own words: the cost line that keeps rising, the loss you cannot explain or the backlog that never clears. We will tell you which solution fits, whether it needs custom engineering, or whether technology is not the answer yet.
